Your application
Have you found a position that interests you? Then we look forward to receiving your online application. You should have the following documents ready:
- Resume
- References or work samples
A cover letter is not a must! However, if you would like to tell us more about yourself, you are welcome to tell us about your strengths and skills in relation to the position.
The more comprehensive and relevant the application, the faster we can check whether we are a match. We will usually get back to you within 10 days. Once we have received your application, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt.
Getting to know us
Our interviews take place either via video call or in person. During your first interview, you will talk to colleagues from your future field of work who will involve you in current topics right from the start (e.g. solving Case Studies and Coding Challenges). In our second application step, the Hiring Day, you have the opportunity to get to know other interview partners from your department and the HR team. In addition to technical topics, we also focus on some of the following competencies during the Hiring Day.

An important part of your application process with us are our competency-based interviews. In the division Digital Commerce, we have defined 9 competencies that are essential for our work:

For your interview, we'll choose the four competencies that are most relevant to your role.
Contract Offer & Onboarding
You like us as much as we like you? Then we will send you a contract offer as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to discuss all the details with your recruiter. After that, all that's left is for you to sign the contract.
