Our Junior Developer Graduate Program will turn you into and experienced engineer in just 18 months. You will work in up to 3 different product teams with the following benefits:

What you can expect
1st Semester: Coding Basics
- Kick-Off Bootcamp with ROI Training, 4 weeks full-time (International training session with our highly recognized NY partner / key elements include an initial phase for cloud technologies and serverless paradigm)
- Group project
- Pluralsight courses (Digital trainings in areas such as Data, IT, Cloud, Software Development)
- Meet & Greet with our 30 Product Teams for upcoming team rotation
2nd Semester: Agile & Way of Working
- Workshop "The Agile Week" (Learn from our Agile Coaches on the topics of agile working & OKR (Objectives & Key Results))
- OKR Master Certification
- Pluralsight courses
3rd Semester: Customer & Business Needs
- Key Notes focusing on Product Discovery, Stakeholdermanagement etc.
- Business Week (exclusive insights into our business operations teams)
- Final project & presentation
- Pluralsight courses
What we expect from you
#YOURPROFILE
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or computer science. Alternatively, you can demonstrate comparable training, e.g. as an IT Specialist with several years of professional experience
- You should have some practical programming experience as Junior Developer or Junior Software Engineer
- You are as enthusiastic about learning programming languages and frameworks such as Java, JavaScript, Python or React as you are about the additional training options offered
- High focus on code quality, performance, maintainability and expandability
- You are a team player and value an international work environment
- Very good knowledge of English and ideally good knowledge of German
